Since the Day Service reopened in June Lindsey has been working in the kitchen, instead of support, providing meals at lunchtime for service users and staff. Lindsey is always happy and willing to work she’s adapted well and comes in on her days off to help out.

During a recent incident on a medium secure PD ward Samantha stayed 5 hours after her shift during crisis to help aid negotiations with a patient which could of ended fatally. Samantha put her patient before herself and cared for him when needed most.
