Sophie is one of the only few drivers on my team and so is often asked to drive about on lots of occasions throughout the day. Sophie takes everything in her stride and always has a happy demeanour about her. since starting at supported living mike has opened up to both staff and tenants, he has shown a massive willingness to learn and improve, he is gentle yet firm and has all the qualities of a great support worker. mike has become a person of reassurance for one of our tenants in particular, as he has a calm tone and the patience required for this.

I would like to express compliments for Flo, for covering a ward of 14 patients by herself as a preceptor nurse due to nursing staff absence.
